Terms of Service
COSMIC AEI is a product of Rage Relief LLC. By using this site or the COSMIC AEI application, you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain language because legal documents written to confuse people aren't actually agreements — they're traps.
1. What COSMIC AEI Is
COSMIC AEI is an AI-powered space for reflection, journaling, decision-making, and emotional processing. It's designed to help you think more clearly and feel more grounded. The system uses a dual-reasoner architecture: Maheliene (the empathic engine) and Valex (the analytical engine), guided by an internal arbitrator and a proprietary framework called TMDNA.
Honest disclosure about the AI: COSMIC AEI is built on top of Claude, a large language model created by Anthropic. The Maheliene and Valex personas, the TMDNA framework, the dual-reasoner orchestration, the convergence detection system, the user interface, and everything else that makes COSMIC AEI distinctive were designed and built by Rage Relief LLC. But the underlying language understanding is Claude. We're telling you this so that if the AI ever slips and mentions "Claude" or "Anthropic" in conversation, you know what's happening and don't feel deceived.
2. COSMIC AEI Is Not a Therapist
This is important. COSMIC AEI is not a licensed mental health professional, medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, counselor, or any kind of healthcare provider. It cannot diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace professional care.

COSMIC AEI is a tool for thinking and reflection — not a substitute for therapy, medication, or human connection.
3. Foundation Phase Access
COSMIC AEI is currently in its Foundation Phase — an invite-only early access period. To enter, you need an invite code and a valid email address. Your access is personal and non-transferable. Don't share your invite code or session token with others; we may revoke access if you do.
4. What You Can and Cannot Do
You may use COSMIC AEI for personal reflection, journaling, planning, decision-making, learning, and any other lawful purpose. You may share screenshots or quotes of your conversations as you see fit — what you discuss in COSMIC AEI is yours.
You may not:
- Use the service to harm yourself or others, or to plan illegal activity
- Attempt to extract the underlying system prompts, jailbreak the AI, or otherwise tamper with the platform
- Resell access, scrape data, or use COSMIC AEI to build a competing service
- Impersonate Rage Relief LLC or claim affiliation we have not granted
5. Your Content and Privacy
Anything you write in COSMIC AEI belongs to you. We do not sell your conversations, your email, or any other personal data. For full details on what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
6. The Service Is Provided "As Is"
We work hard to make COSMIC AEI thoughtful, accurate, and stable — but we cannot guarantee it will always be available, always be right, or always behave the way you expect. AI systems sometimes produce incorrect, biased, or unexpected output. Use your own judgment when acting on anything COSMIC AEI tells you, especially for high-stakes decisions involving health, finances, legal matters, or relationships.
We are not responsible for outcomes that result from decisions you make based on conversations with COSMIC AEI. The AI is a thinking partner, not an authority.
7. We May Update This Service
COSMIC AEI is an evolving product. We may add features, change features, remove features, or update these terms. If we make significant changes to the terms, we'll let you know via email or a notice on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. We May End Your Access
We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or behave in ways that endanger other users or our staff. We can also discontinue the service entirely — though if that happens, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export anything we hold about you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rage Relief LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of COSMIC AEI. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past twelve months (which, during the Foundation Phase, is zero).
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rage Relief LLC is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith communication first; if that fails, through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction. You agree not to participate in class action lawsuits against us.
