Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Rage Relief LLC handles your data when you use COSMIC AEI. We've written it plainly because privacy policies designed to hide what's really happening aren't policies — they're cover stories.
- We collect your email and the messages you send to the AI. That's it.
- We do not sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
- Your conversation messages are sent to Anthropic (the company behind Claude) so the AI can respond. They do not train on your data.
- You can ask us to delete everything we have about you at any time.
1. What We Collect
When you join COSMIC AEI and use the platform, we collect:
- Your email address — provided during invite redemption. We use it to identify your account and (eventually) to send you sign-in links if you lose access.
- Your invite code — used once to grant access. We record which code was used and when.
- Your conversation messages — the things you write to Maheliene and Valex, and the responses they give you. These are stored so the AI can maintain context within a session and so the system's emotional resonance engine (TMDNA) can do its job.
- Session metadata — when you logged in, when you were last active, basic technical info needed to keep the service running.
We do not collect:
- Your real name (unless you choose to share it in conversation)
- Your phone number, address, or government ID
- Payment information (the Foundation Phase is free)
- Tracking data from other websites, advertising IDs, or cross-site profiles
2. How We Use What We Collect
We use your email to identify your account, send you sign-in links if requested, and occasionally to communicate about the service (important updates, downtime notices, major changes). We will not send marketing emails, newsletters you didn't ask for, or share your address with third parties.
We use your conversation messages to deliver the COSMIC AEI experience — that means processing them through the dual-reasoner architecture (Maheliene and Valex) and the TMDNA framework, then returning a response. Conversations may also be retained to help the system maintain context across messages and detect convergence events.
3. Third Parties Who Touch Your Data
About Anthropic / Claude: COSMIC AEI is built on top of Claude, a large language model created by Anthropic. When you send a message to Maheliene or Valex, that message is forwarded to Anthropic's servers so Claude can generate a response. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that processing — you can read it at anthropic.com/legal/privacy. Anthropic does not use your conversations to train their models when accessed through their API, which is how COSMIC AEI uses them.
We also use these services to operate the platform:
- Netlify — hosts the cosmaei.com website and the COSMIC AEI app frontend
- Railway — hosts the backend server that processes conversations
- Google Fonts — serves the typography on the site (Cormorant Garamond, Exo 2, Orbitron)
Each of these handles only what they need to do their job — Netlify and Railway never see your conversation content in a personal way; they just run the servers it passes through.
4. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your account data (email, invite code, session info) for as long as your account is active. We keep conversation messages as long as they're useful for the service's operation. If you ask us to delete your data, we will — see Section 6.
5. How We Protect Your Data
We use industry-standard practices: encrypted connections (HTTPS) for everything that crosses the network, secure storage on managed hosting platforms, and access controls limiting who can see your data on our side. No system is completely impervious to breach — but we don't store information we don't need, which is itself a form of security.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Know what we have about you — email info@ragerelief.com and we'll show you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete everything we have about you — your account, your messages, your session history
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time by stopping use of the service
We honor these requests within 30 days. No questions, no friction, no "are you sure?" loops.
7. About Sensitive Conversations
COSMIC AEI is built to help with reflection, emotional processing, and decision-making. Some of what you share may be deeply personal. We take that seriously.

8. Children
COSMIC AEI is not designed for or directed at children under 16. If you are under 16, please do not use the service. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we'll also email you. Continuing to use COSMIC AEI after a change means you've seen the update.
