For departments

Right now you find out last.

Someone struggles for weeks and you learn it when they resign, get hurt, or file a claim. That is the instrument you have today.

You find out in week six

Not at the exit interview. One reading per group, every week, while you can still change the rotation.

You find out which group

Not that morale is down. One shift, sliding three weeks running. You can act on that.

Nobody has to raise their hand

No survey, no form, no name. People are straight with something their supervisor will never read.

Your quiet people are counted

The ones who would never fill in a survey or raise a hand are in the reading like everyone else.

You can tell whether it helped

Change something and watch that group's line for a month. A before and after is a thing you have never had.

You have a record that you were looking

What was in place, what it showed, and when. For your risk manager, your union, or a grant application. What that is worth is your risk manager's call.

What we are not claiming. That any of this lowers turnover, overtime or claims. Nobody has the data yet. That is exactly what a pilot measures, and you will see it whichever way it falls.

Start with a pilot.

Long enough to produce a real series, short enough that nobody is married to it.

Pilot
$2,500
Fourteen weeks, one department
  • Two weeks to set up, then twelve weeks of measurement
  • Below Virginia's small purchase threshold, so no competitive procurement is required
  • We agree first what this should watch for where you are, and what you would want to see before calling it a success
  • Credited against your first year if you continue
After the pilot
$6,000
A year, minimum, up to 50 people
  • Priced on enrolled headcount, flat, billed annually
  • Never priced on usage, because an invoice that moves with activity is a participation report with a dollar sign on it
  • The rate steps down with size
  • What anyone writes never touches the invoice

The annual rate, by size.

Per enrolled member, per year, billed annually. Enrolment is a number you already have, so nothing about it reveals anything.

Enrolled membersRateA year
Up to 50Flat$6,000
51 to 150$100 a member $5,100 to $15,000
151 to 400$80 a member $12,080 to $32,000
401 to 1,000$65 a member $26,065 to $65,000

There is a floor because a forty person department at a per head rate costs less to buy than it costs to support. Small departments are buying access, not volume, and saying so is more honest than pretending the arithmetic works at every size.

What you would be signing.

Groups are frozen for the term

Agreed before the pilot starts and not re-cut during it, because re-cutting a group mid pilot is how a number gets narrowed toward a person.

Participation is never reported

Not how much a group used it, not how much a person did, not as a compliment and not as a worry. Barred outright.

No account without a signature

Nobody is given a supervisor screen unless they are on the named access list and have signed the permitted use exhibit.

Access stops on a written claim

If the custodian says a reading was acted on, access stops immediately, before anyone decides whether the claim is correct.

One conversation first.

Before any paperwork we work out what this should watch for in your department, and what you would want to see before you would call it a success.
