For departments
Crew Health Readiness is what a supervisor sees, and all of it is on this one page. There is no second screen, no export, no "advanced view," and no support request that returns more than this.
Every group, line and number below is invented, to show you the layout. No department has run this yet. When we have real readings you will see them in a pilot report with your own people in it, not on a web page.
Week of 28 September to 4 October · eight weeks shown, same scale on every row, higher is steadier
Eight weeks of one group, side by side. The shape is what you act on. A single number tells you nothing about whether it is moving.
One station sliding three weeks running, while the others hold. That is something you can do something about, and today you would not know until somebody quit.
You change a rotation, you move who is carrying what, and you can see whether it helped. Without a line you are guessing.
Under eight, the screen says so and stops. Not hidden. Never calculated and never stored, so there is nothing to subpoena, leak or switch on later.
14 weeks, one department. We work out what this should watch for in yours before anything starts.
